DESCRIPTION

This is an authentic original 2013 U.S. theatrical one-sheet movie poster for Marvel Studios’ Thor: The Dark World, the second solo Thor film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The poster features Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster prominently in the foreground, with Mjolnir positioned at the center of the composition. Behind them are major characters from the film including Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, and Christopher Eccleston as Malekith, creating a dramatic full-ensemble Marvel design.

The upper portion prominently bills:

CHRIS HEMSWORTH
NATALIE PORTMAN
TOM HIDDLESTON
ANTHONY HOPKINS AS ODIN

The lower portion features the metallic THOR: THE DARK WORLD title treatment along with the original U.S. theatrical release date:

11.8.13

This is the regular theatrical ensemble artwork, a highly recognizable image from the film’s original 2013 advertising campaign.

Original theatrical one-sheets for Thor: The Dark World are documented in the standard 27" × 40", rolled, double-sided format used for cinema display. MoviePosters.com currently identifies original examples as regular one-sheets, double-sided and rolled.

This is an original studio-issued theatrical poster — not a reproduction or later decorative print.

The exact poster shown in the photographs is the poster the buyer will receive.
