Signs 2002 Original Movie Poster 27x40 DS Mel Gibson M Night Shyamalan Crop Circle
DESCRIPTION
Original theatrical movie poster for the 2002 science fiction mystery-thriller Signs, starring Mel Gibson, Joaquin Phoenix, Rory Culkin, and Abigail Breslin.
This visually stunning promotional poster features a dramatic view of Earth from outer space, with an enormous, mysterious crop circle formation carved into the planet's surface.
The striking artwork combines deep blue planetary imagery, a glowing orange sunrise, and a star-filled black sky, creating an ominous atmosphere that perfectly captures the film's themes of extraterrestrial encounters, mystery, and impending danger.
The massive crop circle design dominates the composition, suggesting that the mysterious symbols appearing across Earth may be connected to something far beyond human understanding.
Prominently displayed across the top is the name of the film's leading star:
“MEL GIBSON”
Below appears the film's chilling tagline:
“It's Not Like They Didn't Warn Us.”
The lower portion features the distinctive white SIGNS title, with its recognizable crop circle-inspired typography, along with the original theatrical release announcement:
“August 2”
Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, the acclaimed filmmaker behind The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, Signs follows Graham Hess, a former Episcopal priest living on a Pennsylvania farm with his two children and younger brother.
When enormous and inexplicable crop circles begin appearing in the family's cornfields, Graham discovers that similar formations are emerging around the world.
As mysterious events escalate, the family must confront the possibility of an extraterrestrial invasion while struggling with questions of faith, fear, loss, and destiny.
Combining science fiction, psychological suspense, supernatural mystery, and alien-invasion horror, Signs became one of the most recognizable genre films of the early 2000s.
The film features memorable performances by Mel Gibson as Graham Hess, Joaquin Phoenix as Merrill Hess, Rory Culkin as Morgan Hess, and Abigail Breslin as Bo Hess.
Released by Touchstone Pictures, a division of Walt Disney Studios, the film became a major box-office success and remains a favorite among fans of atmospheric science fiction and psychological thrillers.
This original 2002 theatrical promotional poster features the spectacular Earth-from-space crop circle artwork, the official August 2 theatrical release announcement, and the film's memorable tagline.
Unlike more traditional character-focused theatrical posters, this design emphasizes the film's mysterious extraterrestrial premise through its dramatic planetary imagery.
An excellent collectible for fans of Signs, Mel Gibson, Joaquin Phoenix, M. Night Shyamalan, alien-invasion films, science fiction horror, and original theatrical movie posters.
